Hope House

Hope House is our homelessness drop in centre, located on Crab Street, St Helens. Hope House is available as a support and advocacy service to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Hope House is a full time drop in service and also provides Christmas holiday provision. It provides a basic needs and personal care service for local homeless and those at risk of homelessness and offers advice, advocacy and support to support those in need. Our aim is to move our service users towards independence and help them reach their personal goals, which includes accessing food, personal care, mental health support, benefits advice and accommodation.

Hope House is a drop in service running Monday – Friday every week and also provides Christmas holiday provision.

It provides a basic needs and personal care service for local homeless and those at risk of homelessness and offers advice, advocacy and support to support those in need. Our aim is to move our service users towards independence and help them reach their personal goals, ranging from; accessing food, personal care, benefits and accommodation.

Hope House is a drop in centre. You don’t need an appointment, just call in to our centre on Crab Street during our opening hours. On your first visit, one of our team will meet with you to find out how they can best support you.
You can support with monetary donations or by donating clean adult clothes and toiletries. Please contact us first to ensure we are accepting physical donations, as we are often limited on space.
