Crisis Cafe 110

Crisis Café 110 opened in September 2026 and provides a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space for individuals experiencing mental health crisis, emotional stress or loneliness

Our café is a safe, welcoming space for anyone experiencing emotional distress, a mental health crisis or simply finding things hard to manage. You don’t need an appointment or referral just drop in, take a breath and find understanding and support in a calm, caring environment.

At Crisis Café 110, you’ll find:

  • A listening ear: Compassionate staff and volunteers who are trained to offer emotional support and help you feel heard and understood.
  • A calm space: A peaceful setting where you can take time out, have a hot drink, and gather your thoughts away from life’s pressures.
  • Practical help: Information and signposting to other local services, community resources, and professional support if you need ongoing help.
  • Peer connection: Opportunities to meet others who have experienced similar challenges and can offer empathy and encouragement.

Whether you need to talk, seek advice, or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea, Crisis Café 110 offers a place of hope and understanding.

You don’t have to face crisis alone; support is here when you need it most.

CC110 is funded by NHS Mersey care.
