Summer Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF)

Summer Holiday Activities and Food Provision

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is being ran by St Helens Council and is aimed at providing healthy food and enriching activities for primary and secondary school aged children, who are eligible for benefit related free school meals during the Summer holidays.

In the Summer holidays eligible children can access a variety of sessions at no cost to you. The sessions will include a healthy meal and a variety of exciting activities and sports.

There have been so many providers who have signed up to offer a variety of activities, that are all COVID safe. The activities are all below and you can contact the providers to register on each session

There are so many resources to help your food hamper go further, below are just a few recipes you can use along with the recipe card included in your box. Another great resource is the book Tin Can Cook by Jack Monroe, this is available for you to borrow from St Helens Libraries.
