I started the Breathe course with the hope that I would get support and learn some techniques to help me deal with my depression and anxiety problems.

After attending a few different types of one-on-one and group therapies over the years I found Breathe to be the most effective, delivering a professional but relaxed service in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Breathe has helped me to start rebuilding my confidence and motivation, whilst at the same time introducing me to like-minded, friendly people, some of whom I have kept in touch with. My family and friends have noticed the difference in me, commenting that I am more relaxed and positive than before I attended the Breathe program. After many years unable to work, Breathe has given me the confidence to start volunteering at the Hope Centre, where I hope to give something back to those who helped me, and also help others who need it.
